My weekend in NYC went very well!
The Hoyas beat St. John’s by 20 points, I saw many of my college friends again, and despite having a ton of fun, I also managed to get some sleep!
It was also so cold I was afraid my fingers would snap off (though it’s not much better in Philly, to be honest)… I bought some shirts/leggings that supposedly warm up more than regular clothes when you wear them. The scientist in me is both skeptical and curious…I will report back on their effectiveness after I wear them tomorrow at work!

We were, indeed! We saw them filming right before this!
In case you don’t follow Big East basketball, Georgetown lost their first game against UConn (FFFFFFUUUUUUU NOT AGAIN!). Luckily, we got to stay the night in NYC and did some major sightseeing (mostly a recap of what I did last year, just crammed into one awesome day). Elizabeth, Zac, and I also saw Avenue Q, which was amazing.
