New yoga studio :D
Holy crap, I love this yoga studio! I’ve gone only three times, but now I want to take ALL THE CLASSES and get into vinyasa yoga, since it’s my favorite. Maybe I will even learn to do some arm balances without falling on my face or snapping my wrists!
And guys…they even have a community lounge where you can sit on squishy couches and drink tea for free! Heaven!

TGIF, and I've never meant that more than I do...
Five immunoblots on two different membranes, three litters of mice for tail biopsies, six sets of samples for genotyping run on three double gels, two MTT assays on top of the usual mouse maintenance/cell line work/etc. I also feel like I should put a disclaimer on here that if this doesn’t look like a lot to you, you should know that immunoblots eat up your day. Just getting the proteins...
